Deployment Manager

The Role

The deployment division is comprised of staff with excellent knowledge of the Radiology environment.
The division is responsible for:

The development of new business lines required to satisfy market demands (e.g. Mammography, Medico Legal, Advanced Nuclear medicine etc)
To provide project management and oversight for the deployment of Medica's services to clients in the NHS and private organisations and handover to the Operations Team at Go Live.
Deployment and end user training of Medica Radiologists.

The Person

Probably the successful applicant would offer some or all of the following:

Background in Radiology working with PACS and RIS in an acute Trust, or
Background working as a product specialist for a system supplier
Qualification in a clinical discipline, or as an engineer or IT specialist, with around 5 years of solid experience
Basic understanding of PCs and networking
Capability in project management, possibly evidenced by training
A consistently bright and cheerful nature
Willingness to travel as required (though demands will not be excessive)
Ability to train and encourage members of staff
