Summary of Experience
- Worked in Rehabilitation and Case Management for 8 years.
- Registered Nurse with 23 years experience in NHS and Community settings. Including 16 years working in Intensive Care Units, including care ofpatients with life threatening orthopaedic, spinal and neurological injuries.
- Training of postgraduate nurses.
- Passionate about effective rehabilitation following physical and psychological trauma.

Tom Ball - Case Manager
Summary of Experience
- Worked in Rehabilitation and Case Management for over two years.
- Tom has previously worked in both public and private healthcare sectors for over 10years. This included work in acute medical emergency nursing as well as varied and diverse host of other departments in a large general NHS hospital trust.
- Tom has worked within the care of sick children and adults with life limiting conditions and illnesses.
